It’s been called an idea… a concept…a dream realized. And, that’s all true. But, Two Lakes is more than that. It’s a well-thought-out, realistic, cost-effective plan for all of the Jackson area to finally realize its full potential for economic development, infrastructure enhancement and flood control. And, it can be quickly built without any tax money.

Just imagine. Transforming the existing Pearl River into an 4,500-acre environmentally responsible lake with accessible shoreline and 700 acres of island development. All within eyesight of downtown Jackson. Three bridges offering easy and sensible access to Rankin County and the airport. And, practical flood control for the Pearl; better and more efficiently than any plan ever proposed.
